One of the best things about weddings is the ability to customize it to reflect who you are as a couple. Many people do this with their location, decor, and food, but you can also do it with the size of your wedding. You can have a large wedding with 250 guests or more and invite everyone you know to celebrate with you, you can have an elopement and make it a very intimate affair with just the two of you and an officiant or you can have a micro wedding somewhere in the middle.
